I think itll do great in the 99 of lands or Dragons deck as removal on a stick, but I dont see a ton of appeal about having this as a commander

You could also probably build a pretty aggressive go tall cleric deck based on life gain in monowhite with this as a commander

They both want big, buff creatures, and reward you nicely for doing so
