To begin a Wonder Pick, simply head to the main menu page of the game, and hit the giant Wonder Pick button, located next to the Shop button at the bottom of the screen
Elsa - Spirit of Winter also has a nice 3 points of Lore awarded for questing, and has a high Willpower stat of 6, so she can absorb a lot of incoming challenges
Making things more expensive is annoying, and there arent that many cards that do that if youre in the market
