It would make more sense to have more tutors for artifacts in decks instead, since a tutor for artifacts can search for both Vehicles as well as other types of artifacts (hint: Boommobile can combo off with two other artifacts Cogwork Assembler and Panharmonicon)
While this is quite scary in its own right, providing the likes of a Blightsteel Colossus with Ninjitsu, the first time this Ninja's controller uses a Ninjitus ability each turn, they can look at the top three cards of their library, putting one in their hand and the rest on the bottom of their library
Non-basic lands are a must
