I also love Reckless Barbarian as a 2/2 for two mana that you can cash in later for two red mana to help you cast a more expensive Dragon, and Patron of the Arts isnt bad either as an early blocker that can provide color-fixing mana in Treasures
The Chain Veil, Ichormoon Gauntlet, Rowan's Talent, and Teferi's Talent can all be useful for Rowan and Will, plus any of the proliferate effects weve seen on instants and sorceries like Experimental Augury and Vivisurgeon's Insight
Lv.X cards were later succeeded by Pokmon LEGEND cards and Pokmon-EX
If we do get to the ultimate, we should win the game in short order
On top of that, killing the creatures in Dredge doesnt do almost anything because they just come back as easily as they went away
Having 38 legal cards that dont do what they were intended to do isnt necessarily a huge problem (Squadron Hawk is legal, but may as well be a vanilla flyer) but given WotC seems determined to keep exploring the design space, it would be a shame not to let them shine in the games most popular format
