Cards like this usually grow with each set because there are always more Pokemon to power up and that generally makes this a better card with age

One set that isnt as good as some of the other GX sets but does have its merits for existing is Enemy of Justice

Barring Moltres, the one card my deck needed to be great and a card you dont get until the end of the game

It is more efficient in many ways than most ramp spells and saw some play when it was reprinted in Dragons of Tarkir (2015)

We go for Baleful Force, unless your group plays very little removal or the spell we're using forces us to lose life (like Reanimate or Life / Death)
