Setting up a field using Ice Barriers does take up a lot of time and resources, especially going into a combo for a Synchro Summon
Sproutback Trudge is particularly enticing, since if it ends up being put into your graveyard from milling, it should be relatively easy to cast from the graveyard, and a 9/7 trample creature isnt anything to sneeze at
