The +1/+1 counters are not permanent
The primary goal in most TCGs is to reduce your opponents life points to zero, but each game has its own twist on how thats accomplished
This means that even with a Fighting Pokmon you wont be able to get rid of Pikachu as easily
While it falls short of the expensive Charizard cards in sets like Champion's Path, it boasts excellent artwork, which is the same as the one featured on the Rainbow Secret Rare in that set
It looked like a huge, mana intensive monster without a home, and I didn't feel it would fit into Simic since the deck has no shortage of busted cards
