Although you generally want to try to hit Unholy Annex with your Duresses, once you've reached a stage of the game where your opponent would have played an Annex in their hand, you want to save your Duresses to be best positioned to take removal spells right before you drop an Archfiend of the Dross or Ritual Chamber unlock
