This is one of those cards that is dangerous enough that your opponent has to get rid of it, but annoying to have to spend removal on a 2 drop
And because consistency is key, they are built on a rock-solid mana base that ensures you'll cast your spells and get right into the game - and stay there
That said, it doesnt do too much for oozes specifically, but making more oozes certainly helps
