Its adventure is expensive, but you dont have to worry about this being a wasted draw early on: You can simply cast it, then return it to your hand once you can afford the adventure

Smee could make for an excellent companion for cards like Jim Hawkins, Honorable Pirate if you decided to try out an Amber/Steel deck
